Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to mainland UK and are currently not shipping to Ireland.
We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*
30 DAY RETURNS
If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Right out of the box the PULSE 2i uses your home wireless network and sets up quickly. Simply open the BluOS Controller app on your mobile device and follow the short setup instructions.
While inside the app users can choose their listening preferences, program presets for their favorite radio stations, music streaming services and playlists, and even set alarms. Once the PULSE 2i is online connectivity stays rock-solid thanks to a new dual band Wi-Fi engine.
