Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to mainland UK and are currently not shipping to Ireland.
We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*
30 DAY RETURNS
If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

The D12 is an impressive All-In-One 2.1 speaker system that offers amazing music quality combined with a built in ported subwoofer from just 1 unit.
With built in Bluetooth allowing you to connect your devices wirelessly, as well has plugin directing into the speaker with a Laptop, jukebox or even a turntable!
Paired with the TEAC TN-180BT direct drive turntable with Bluetooth transmitter allows you to enjoy your favourite records with ease without the need to run wires to the speaker.
The turntable can either be plugged into the speakers with the cable included, or if you want to site the turntable away from your speakers you can wirelessly connect it via Bluetooth for absolute flexibility.
When not enjoying your records you can also stream music from your smartphone directly to the speakers, including Spotify, YouTube and much more.
