Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to mainland UK and are currently not shipping to Ireland.
We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*
30 DAY RETURNS
If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

How often should you clean your stylus? Well, it only takes a few seconds, so you might as well leave the cleaning product of your choice right next to the player and do a little brush every day.
Our Legend Vinyl carbon fibre stylus brush has ultra-fine bristles so will gently remove any build-up of dust without damaging your stylus. Remove any surface dust before using the fluid for a thorough clean.
Our stylus cleaning fluid has been specially prepared to clean dust, oils and also remove static.
If a daily clean seems unrealistic, we recommend refreshing your tip at least once a week. If you treat your stylus nicely, it will last for 1,000 or maybe even 2,000 hours.
