Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to mainland UK and are currently not shipping to Ireland.
We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*
30 DAY RETURNS
If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

INSTALLATION
We recommend that you keep each set of speakers within 5 meters of each other as the connection cable is only 6 meters long.
It's best to install speakers evenly spaced from each other and central to its location within the room.
Example: If you have a room that is 10mx5m, mentally divide the room into 6 even sections and place a speaker in the centre of each section.
