If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.

We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Product Overview
The Q Install Qi65CW 6.5" waterproof ceiling speakers features the very latest styling and technology that is designed to meet the most demanding requirements.
Featuring a discreet bezel and grille design that clips magnetically into place, with the grille geometry being carefully optimized to ensure the perfect balance between sound and discreet appearance. As with all Q Install products they feature protective driver dust covers and cloth backed grilles to facilitate painting.
The HF is adjustable by + or - 3dB from a switch on the crossover.
The Q Install Qi65CW speakers are clutter free due to being installed within the ceiling itself which gives you more space to do what else you may wish.
These speakers can also withstand the harshest of elements that means you can enjoy your favourite music both indoors and outdoors.
The Qi65CW allow you to be able to listen to music throughout your home or work place, both inside and outside, where this was previously not possible. These are great for adding your own personal touch, and bring in more of an atmosphere.
